New 2024 Infiniti Q60 Coupe, Redesign, Colors – Design is a must to compete for two-door sports coupes like the Infiniti Q60. What good is a two-door coupe if it doesn’t persuade you to take one more look at it before you leave? While the design is essential, it isn’t enough. Having a powerful engine and a short chassis that can cash in on the cheques the body keeps writing are both crucial ingredients in a two-door sports coupe recipe book.
Two of the three major components that Infiniti gets right are the brakes and steering. That’s impressive. The Q60’s twin-turbocharged V6 produces either 300 horsepower or 400 horsepower, depending on the model level. Unfortunately, while one of the best-looking coupes on the market, it doesn’t deliver a compelling driving experience.
2024 Infiniti Q60 Redesign
Last year, Infiniti introduced a slew of new options, packages, and paint colors. It was the luxe trim that received the most attention, with basic leather upholstery. This 2024 Infiniti Q60 year’s 2024 model is almost identical to last year’s, except for the addition of wireless Apple CarPlay. There you go. Everything else, including cost, remains the same.
The 2024 Infiniti Q60 sweeping lines from the front to the back give it an air of refinement despite its intimidating appearance. The car’s broad, low appearance is accentuated by the car’s prominent wheel arches and slim headlights and taillights. All models come standard with LED daytime running lights and headlights. All Red Sport 400 variants come standard with 20-inch alloy wheels, although even the entry-level model has 19-inch wheels as an option.
Interior
The 2024 Infiniti Q60 accommodation is comfortable, albeit a little shabby. The quality of construction is excellent, on par with that of its competitors. However, taller drivers may find it difficult to sit comfortably in the front seats because of their high mounting points. At the very least, the cabin is well-lit and well-organized. The Q60 is fitted with a dual-screen infotainment system in order to remain competitive in this market. To achieve a minimalist look, it just serves to annoy me.
Front-seat passengers will like the Q60’s roomy 43.1-inch legroom. The rear passengers, on the other hand, are limited to 32.4 inches of legroom. There is 37.9 inches of headroom in the front without a sunroof, and 34.5 inches in the back. The eight-way power-adjustable seats in the front make it simple to become comfortable, while the back seats are only ideal for youngsters. With a two-door sports car, getting in and out of the vehicle might be a bit of a challenge.
Engine
Even while the 2024 Infiniti Q60 is swift in a straight line, it lacks the ferocity to wipe you out on the straightaways. In spite of the 100-horsepower disparity, both engines are surprisingly smooth. Even with 400 horses at its disposal, it can’t match the straight-line speed of its competitors. As you go up the range, the power delivery becomes linear. The torque curve is flat from 1,600 rpm to 5,200 rpm after you’ve cranked it up.
The Q60 now drives more like a four-door sedan than a two-door coupe. At faster speeds, you don’t need to wait for the turbos to spool up or the gearbox to shift down a gear or two. At 1,600 rpm, you’ll have fast access to 295 or 350 lb-ft of torque. In order to pass slower traffic, the Q60 does not need to shift gears. Engines from both manufacturers are capable of producing a lot of power, but the manner in which it’s delivered may be frustrating to some.
2024 Infiniti Q60 Release Date and Price
2024 Infiniti Q60 intelligent all-wheel drive may be added to any of the three trim levels for an extra $2,000. Until 2024, prices will not change. The Q60 Pure, which has an MSRP of $41,750, is the most affordable model. Priced at $50,300 for the Luxe and $58,200 for the Red Sport 400, respectively, the Luxe is the more affordable option. The $1,025 handling charge for the Infiniti Q60 is not included in the basic price.
